All you need is love (and pilates)

I found Reformer Pilates years ago at a small studio in sunny SoCal.  Amazed by how challenging the slow, fluid movements could be (and how sore I was afterwards!) I was hooked.  Pilates has always appealed to me as a low impact, effective way to tone and lengthen muscles at the same time.

I love the way every movement on the reformer engages multiple muscles in the body, especially the core.  No matter how many times I go to class I always find myself challenged by the reformer.
